Prefigured by a couple years worth of (mostly) solo recordings from Jim Marlowe (Tropical Trash, Teal Grapefruit, occasionally Crazy
Doberman), this debut LP finds three other grown men willingly engulfed in the same avalanche of lateral humming and sub-soaring dice rolls.
Joined now in full form by Christopher Bush (Flanger Magazine,
Caboladies), Dan Davis (Tropical Trash), and Shutaro Noguchi (Feeding
Tube Recs), the unit sews spacious, long-form grooves, unspooling slowly
and free of by malice over the course of a two-sided slab exhibiting non-linear fold ins from a darkening room.

I’ve been looking for this band! Psychedelia at its absolute finest......it takes its time, spacious interludes abound, and lots of atmosphere. Interesting tidbits here and there, distorted, pleasing vocals. They obviously don't take themselves too seriously either, but man, this is the real tripped out serious deal. I am hooked. YES! The bass and the drums together with the horn section and a voice and message that goes straight through your spine. What an unbound force! Every track a gem. neltz

Long-form trance-y rhythmic jams, with a fun shambling edge, sounding like a cross between music from Africa's Sahel region crossed with a Tom Waits instrumental... Jascha Narveson
